- Commercial fence repair
Vehicle hits, cut fabric and damaged gates fixed when the rest of the line is sound.
Commercial Fence Work We Take On
A commercial fence is specified by what it has to do: keep people out of a storage yard, hide a dumpster from the street, stop a ball, or mark the edge of a parking lot. We install all of the common commercial systems and build the gates that go with them.
- Chain link fence in galvanized and black coated finishes, from four foot boundary fence to tall security fence.
- Dumpster and trash enclosures in wood, vinyl, slatted chain link and masonry with steel-framed gates.
- Sports fencing: tennis court fence and baseball field backstops and outfield fence.
- Ornamental steel and aluminum for storefronts, offices and multifamily communities.
- Security toppings: barbed wire and razor wire where zoning allows them.
- Vehicle gates: swing gates, sliding and cantilever gates, with or without operators.
What Makes Commercial Jobs Different
The site is in use. Tenants, customers, deliveries and trash pickup keep moving while the fence goes in, so the sequence of the work matters as much as the fence itself. On a replacement we plan which sections come down first and how the site stays closed overnight.
More people have a say. A commercial fence may have to match a site plan, satisfy a landlord, pass a zoning review, and suit the waste hauler who has to open the enclosure gates every week. Screening and height rules for commercial property differ between Charlotte and the surrounding towns and counties, so the requirement should be confirmed with the local planning office before material is ordered.
The loads are heavier. Gates get opened dozens of times a day. Trucks back into things. Posts, hinges and frames are sized for that use, and bollards go in front of anything a truck can reach.
Working With Property Managers and Builders
We price from drawings or from a site walk. For builders we work as the fence subcontractor and follow the schedule and the plans. For property managers we can price several properties at once and phase the work. Estimates are written and free, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request before work starts.

Commercial Fencing Questions
What types of commercial fence do you install?
Chain link in galvanized and black coated finishes, ornamental steel, aluminum, wood and vinyl screening, masonry, dumpster enclosures, tennis court and ball field fence, and vehicle gates. We install new fence and replace existing fence.
Do you build dumpster enclosures?
Yes. We build dumpster enclosures in wood, vinyl, slatted chain link and masonry, with gates framed in steel so they survive daily use. The enclosure is sized to the container and to the way the hauler approaches it.
Can you work from an architect or civil drawing?
Yes. Send the fence sheet or the site plan and we will price from it. If the drawing leaves details open, such as post size, footing depth or gate hardware, we list what we have assumed in the estimate.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, on request. Tell us the certificate holder and any wording your property manager or general contractor requires and we will have it issued before work starts.
Do you install fence for residential properties too?
Yes. See residential fencing for backyard privacy fence, pool fence and dog fence. For plants, distribution yards and utilities, see industrial fencing.
