The free estimate form on this site asks for:

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The address of the property
• Details about the fence or gate project

We use those to screen out spam and to see which of our marketing is working. A spam-filtering service may check a submission before it reaches us.

You choose what to enter. If you call us instead of using the form, we receive your phone number the same way any business does when it takes a call, along with whatever you tell us about the project.

How We Use It

Where Your Information Goes

When you submit the estimate form, your answers are sent to HighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) software we use, and stored in our account there so our staff can respond. HighLevel handles that information on our behalf.

Beyond that, we share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with customers, or when the law requires it.

Phone Calls, Text Messages and Email

When you send an estimate request, QC Fence Contractors uses the phone number and email address you provided to reply about your request and your project, by phone call or email.

We send text messages only under the consent wording shown on the form at the time you submit it. That wording states what kind of messages you are agreeing to and how often they may be sent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Children

This site is meant for property owners and managers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
